Refund & Cancellation

Every reading starts free, so you can see the quality before paying. Paid reports are digital products delivered instantly, so cancellation after delivery is not possible — but we will always put things right.

You get a full refund if

• You were charged but your report did not unlock and we cannot fix it within 24 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same report.
• The report is clearly broken (for example, sections missing).

How to ask

Write to us through our contact page within 7 days with your payment ID from the checkout receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
